Okay ladies, I know that no one is excited to go back to school. Am I right? We all just want to jump back into bed and never get out. Unfortunately, this beautiful dream cannot come true. We all want to start this new year with a bang and try our best to succeed! Believe it or not, there are little things you can do that will help you overcome some big obstacles this year.
First, pack your belongings the night before; a good tip if you are always rushing in the mornings is to lay your clothes out and to pack your backpack the night before.
Also, get a good night’s sleep. I know what you all are thinking- “Seriously, I have so much to do. I do not have the time to sleep.” True, true, but when you get a good night’s sleep, you are more likely to have the energy you need take on your day.
Next, be organized. How can you survive high school when you are not organized? A helpful tip is to have a binder for each class or binders for A days and B days. Also, make sure you are prepared for class. Nothing is worse than asking your very strict teacher to go to your locker for your book. Before going to class, make sure you have everything you need.
Above all tips, BE YOURSELF! When you treat people with kindness and stay true to who you are, you will survive high school no matter what.
